About the role
- Build and maintain full stack features in our JavaScript and python-based applications.
- Improve and maintain our CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines).
- Automate infrastructure tasks and deployment workflows using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Help monitor and support AWS-based services.
- Collaborate on improving system observability (e.g., Sentry, CloudWatch).
- Participate in security and compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Manage developer access, backups, and recovery planning.
- Work closely with teammates across product, engineering, and operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full stack or backend development
- Strong scripting skills, experience with Node.js is a +
- Eagerness to grow into DevOps and platform responsibilities
- Interest in AWS, Docker, CI/CD systems, infrastructure automation and monitoring, and security best practices
- Comfort scripting with JavaScript or tools like Bash or Python
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus
- Spanish fluency is a plus
