About the role

  • Leadership and People Management: Manage and develop a team of approximately 20 people.
  • Strategic Management: Perform strategic planning for the IT area, defining and tracking KPIs.
  • Process Optimization: Reorganize the development team structure to maximize efficiency.
  • Routine and Communication: Monitor team routines and facilitate internal communication.
  • Motivation and Engagement: Act as the driving force for team motivation and engagement.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work in partnership with other departments and ensure high-quality deliveries.

Requirements

  • Experience managing software development teams.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented profile.
  • Experience with Java (backend) is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced English required (capable of producing reports and conducting meetings 100% in English).
