About the role

Requirements

  • Experience managing software development teams.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented profile.
  • Experience with Java (backend) is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced English required (capable of producing reports and conducting meetings 100% in English).
