About the role
- Serve sales channels and provide support to the external sales team
- Record and track commercial opportunities in the system
- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals
- Manage relationships with manufacturers and internal departments
- Verify and enter purchase orders
- Handle invoicing and monitor orders through to delivery
- Promote collaboration and integration across teams
Requirements
- Previous inside sales experience, preferably in the technology sector
- Experience with Cisco is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, able to prioritize, and focused on problem-solving
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency with digital tools
- Results- and target-oriented profile
- Negotiation skills and strong interpersonal relationships
