About the role
- Processing invoices and workshop contracts, cash management, and general workshop administration
- Professional advice and support for our customers
- Processing warranty claims and damage/insurance settlements
- Supporting the Technical Operations Manager with general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or completed training as a mechatronics technician with a commercial background
- Ideally, professional experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive sector
- Independent and detail-oriented working style
