About the role
- Support our workshops with complex technical issues
- Analyze and diagnose vehicle and system faults
- Develop structured solution approaches for technical challenges
- Work closely with international engineering and support teams
- Document and share findings to continuously improve products and service processes
- Support knowledge transfer and provide technical advice within the service network
Requirements
- Experience in technical support, vehicle diagnostics, IT helpdesk or a comparable technical role
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured working style
- Good knowledge of using computers, smartphones and digital tools
- Interest in electric vehicle architecture and modern vehicle technology
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Advantageous: experience in a workshop or automotive environment
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics or diagnostic software
- Experience with technical support processes
