About the role

  • Support our workshops with complex technical issues
  • Analyze and diagnose vehicle and system faults
  • Develop structured solution approaches for technical challenges
  • Work closely with international engineering and support teams

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support, vehicle diagnostics, IT helpdesk or a comparable technical role
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured working style
  • Good knowledge of using computers, smartphones and digital tools
  • Interest in electric vehicle architecture and modern vehicle technology
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Advantageous: experience in a workshop or automotive environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics or diagnostic software
  • Experience with technical support processes
