About the role
- Serve as an adviser and business partner for various business divisions and the company leadership team
- Develop business and financial recommendations
- Provide budget feedback and assist leadership in key financial decisions
- Develop strategies, processes, information systems and action plans to improve profitability
- Assist division managers in analysing operational information and recommending improvements
- Prepare financial business plan and quarterly projections
- Identify and manage risk and compliance
- Propose and participate in cross functional initiatives that deliver efficiencies and promote protection of company assets and values
Requirements
- CPA/CA qualified
- Previous experience in a broad financial role
- Solid commercial understanding
- Automotive industry experience advantageous
