About the role
- Lead regional TA team, fostering a culture of high performance and inclusion
- Define and implement a robust recruitment service delivery model for the region
- Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and outsourced providers
- Champion an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all countries of operation
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including several years in a leadership role across multiple countries
- Proven ability to align TA strategy with business growth in an SSC/GBS environment
- Experience in diverse hiring (corporate, operational, technical, volume recruitment)
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Additional regional languages are a plus
