This role is crucial to expanding our presence in key industrial applications — including construction, agriculture, power generation, and material handling — through strong distributor partnerships and OEM engagement.

Requirements
University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Solid experience in industrial equipment or off-road engine applications (required).
Background in distributor or OEM sales, preferably in powertrain or machinery segments.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working with autonomy.
Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
Financial acumen — able to interpret P&L, pricing structures, and margin impacts.
Confident presenter and skilled communicator (both written and verbal).
Persistent, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.
