  • Join Our Journey at Scania USA. Scania USA is looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Manager – Industrial Engines to lead and grow our industrial engine business across the U.S. and Canada.
  • This role is crucial to expanding our presence in key industrial applications — including construction, agriculture, power generation, and material handling — through strong distributor partnerships and OEM engagement.
  • You’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, driving sales performance, and ensuring our distributors are equipped to deliver best-in-class solutions to their customers.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Solid experience in industrial equipment or off-road engine applications (required).
  • Background in distributor or OEM sales, preferably in powertrain or machinery segments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working with autonomy.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Financial acumen — able to interpret P&L, pricing structures, and margin impacts.
  • Confident presenter and skilled communicator (both written and verbal).
  • Persistent, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.
