About the role
- Ensure stable operation, handling incidents, and managing deviations within local HR and salary management systems
- Translating Swedish business needs into technical requirements for both local and global HR solutions
- Leading testing activities and overseeing the implementation of new functionalities
- Acting as a subject matter expert for stakeholders, providing guidance on system usage and end-to-end HR process improvements
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience working with Time Management Systems or Payroll-related software
- Experience with complex compensation agreements (collective bargaining/union agreements) is highly meritorious
- Ability to handle requirement specifications, system testing, and process mapping
- Fluency in Swedish/English is required to navigate local agreements and global projects.
