About the role

  • Bridge group strategy and execution across brand organizations
  • Define target architecture, principles, and roadmaps to enable shared platforms and reuse
  • Support decision makers with architectural analysis of regulations, requirements and solution concepts
  • Own and evolve the target architecture and capability maps
  • Lead architecture governance: principles, standards, reference architectures, decision/exception process
  • Ensure alignment between regulations, business goals, product and portfolios at both group and brand level
  • Analyze and create process and information models
  • Visualize and communicate complex landscapes using EA tools
  • Collaborate within TRATON Group R&D and across Scania, MAN, International and VW Truck & Bus workshop network

Requirements

  • Proven track record establishing target architectures
  • Understanding of integration patterns, API lifecycle, microservices, event-driven architectures, data/MDM, and information security
  • Experience or skills of SAFe, Sparx EA, Leanix, UML and/or BPMN
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Ability to blend strategic altitude with pragmatism and simplify complexity
  • Knowledge in cloud (AWS), integration (API/event/messaging) and/or data analytics
  • Experience in automotive industry is meritorious
