About the role

  • Managing the Service Desk queue in a consistent manner that ensures user incidents, requests and queries are dealt with efficiently
  • Assist with onboarding and off-boarding procedure
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware related issues
  • Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated
  • Maintain documentation related to support
  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices within the field
  • Work alongside a collaborative and supportive Internal IT team, sharing knowledge and working on joint projects to improve our IT services
  • Directly contribute to boosting productivity and enhancing the overall employee experience
  • Ensure employees have the tools they need to be successful, impacting team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • Experience from working in IT support and ticket systems, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Experience with managing and supporting macOS and iOS.
  • Experience with MDM solutions, ABM, Kandji, Intune
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace.
  • Experience with network equipment
  • Experience with AV and Google meet Equipment
  • Problem-solver with a technical mindset – skilled at tackling IT challenges through clear, structured reasoning and delivering efficient solutions.
  • Service-minded communicator – warm, attentive, and collaborative, ensuring every interaction feels supportive, clear, and inclusive.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail – adept at managing multiple priorities precisely and reliably, even under tight deadlines.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Cloud-based environments
  • Experience with Jira Service Management
