• Main point of contact for our homeowners from the design phase through to obtaining the building permit
• Conduct planning and specification meetings with our homeowners
• Responsible for developing the final house floor plan
• Define the scope and specifications for the roof, façade, and windows
• Take charge of bathroom and kitchen planning
• Prepare and oversee the necessary building permit application documents
• Support our draftspersons/CAD technicians with technical expertise
