About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Main point of contact for our homeowners from the design phase through to obtaining the building permit
Conduct planning and specification meetings with our homeowners
Responsible for developing the final house floor plan
Define the scope and specifications for the roof, façade, and windows
Take charge of bathroom and kitchen planning
Prepare and oversee the necessary building permit application documents
Support our draftspersons/CAD technicians with technical expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in architecture or civil/civil engineering (university or technical college)
Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and maintain a customer-focused approach
Friendly and communicative manner
Strong German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
Enthusiasm and commitment to digitalization in planning processes
