About the role
- Join the Digital Experience team and collaborate closely with UX researchers and marketers to craft seamless digital experiences;
- Design eCommerce stores and work with world-leading brands such as Sportland, Laithwaites, Umniah, Gosh, Läderach, Hyundai;
- Support eCommerce merchants with graphical materials such as social posts, banners, and ad sets;
- Build and maintain component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency;
- Define new visual languages and brand identities during projects and rebrands;
- Present work to the team and clients; explain design decisions and incorporate feedback;
- Participate in continuous learning, company training, and certification opportunities;
Requirements
- At least more than 1 year of full-time experience in an agency, freelance, or in-house creative team;
- Great spoken and written English skills;
- Proficiency in using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Ability to create and refine prompts for AI-driven design generation in FigmaMake, Lovable, and comparable platforms;
- Hands-on experience with AI visual design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, and alike);
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript;
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and explain design choices;
- Accept and respond well to constructive feedback; passionate about executing work to perfection;
- Ability to work directly with a client;
- Deadline-driven;
- Experience in developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency;
- Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance design workflows, improve user experiences, and streamline repetitive tasks;
- (Bonus) Work experience in eCommerce;
- (Bonus) Good understanding of branding and ability to define new visual identities during rebranding projects.
