About the role

  • Being part of a product team: developers, testers, business owners. You should help everyone realize why that extra fifth step is not needed in the flow.
  • Supporting UX design and research projects.
  • Creating wireframes, screen flows, small prototypes and designs mainly based on our toolkit. And your insights and ideas, of course.
  • Teaming up with your fellow designers and working together on ad hoc and very-well-planned design projects.
  • Understanding the business needs and their relevance (or non-relevance) to the project, and also being able to listen to the 23rd edge case. With a smile.

Requirements

  • You should be comfortable working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and thrive on daily challenges (yes, we do have coffee, too).
  • You have empathy to discover, understand, and keep at top priority the users’ needs.
  • You are not afraid to make decisions and you can do it with confidence by connecting the dots quickly
  • You have a natural curiosity towards UX, be it scrolling, professional groups, or having goals for the next few years in this domain.
  • Clear and transparent communication is a must. You are fluent in written and spoken – and sometimes, even nonverbal – English and Hungarian.
  • You prefer working in a team (of great members), since most of these projects will be taken on collectively.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a UX designer.
  • You love what you do and look forward to challenges. We also have our neat little training system to aid you in honing your skills.
  • Confident daily use of figma, not only for design but also for presentations and prototyping.
  • Bonus points if you:
  • - Have experience working in an agile workplace
  • - Have ever worked in the aviation industry
  • - Have outstanding presentation skills
Benefits
  • Hybrid Work & Flexibility: We work in a hybrid setup with no mandatory office days – you’re free to work from home whenever it suits you. Each team finds its own rhythm: some enjoy meeting 2–3 times a week, others come in just 1–2 times a month. When we do gather, our cozy downtown Budapest office offers a relaxed, welcoming vibe – with unlimited coffee, fresh fruit and veggies to keep you fueled.
  • Dog-Friendly Office: Bring your four-legged friend along—we love dogs in the office, and they’re always welcome as part of the team!
  • Work from Abroad: Need a change of scenery? You can work remotely from abroad for a limited time each year—or escape to the Hungarian countryside or Lake Balaton for a peaceful workweek close to nature.
  • Cutting-Edge Tools & Setup: You get to choose the gear that works best for you—Mac or Windows, it's your call. We also provide extra monitors to support a smooth, ergonomic workflow if you need them.
  • Meaningful Projects, Global Impact: Work with diverse teams on international projects that shape travel, tech, and creative communication across the globe.
  • Smooth Onboarding & Dedicated Support: Start strong with a structured onboarding plan and a personal buddy to guide you through your first weeks.
  • Continuous Learning & Growth: Coaching, training, conferences, and mentoring—plus clear career paths and internal opportunities to gain new skills and take the next step in your journey.
  • Extra Time Off: Our “Level Up” program rewards your loyalty with additional paid vacation days as your journey with us continues.
  • Team Spirit & Shared Experiences: From local and international team buildings to seasonal parties and creative internal events, you’ll find community and connection.
  • Health & Lifestyle Benefits: Enjoy a yearly personal budget for sports, education, or commuting. You’ll also have access to comprehensive annual preventive health screenings.
  • Family-Friendly Environment: We support working parents with initiatives like our in-house kids’ day camp—a fun, week-long program to keep your little ones engaged during school breaks.
