About the role
- As a Sales Representative for the West region, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers across your assigned territory.
- You will contribute to sales growth by meeting and exceeding business objectives through effective planning, organization and execution of sales strategies.
- Your role involves close collaboration with the sales team and support functions to ensure a clear understanding of and satisfaction with customer needs, while delivering quality service and results that align with our company’s vision and values.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, communicating effectively with management and the commercial organization.
Requirements
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets within a structured sales process.
- Strong commercial skills, including negotiation, persuasion and account management.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs and adapt accordingly.
