• Supporting current P2D processes, identifying risks, and recommending control measures and process improvements
• Participating in Roll Out projects throughout all regions and countries within STG ecosystem
• Implementing best practices for P2D processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Configuring and customizing SAP solutions (mainly SAP SCM) to support P2D processes
• Collaborating with different teams across the company to streamline P2D processes
• Providing end-user support for P2D processes
• Monitoring process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within P2D operations
• Developing training materials and conducting end-user training on P2D processes and SAP solutions
