About the role
- Handle **inbound customer inquiries, provide service information, generate quotes, and schedule cleaning appointments**.
- Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments whenever possible.
- Provide accurate service quotes based on customer needs.
- Recommend additional services when appropriate.
- Schedule service appointments and update the company calendar.
- Address customer questions, concerns, or service requests.
- Conduct follow-up calls or messages after services are completed.
Requirements
- At least **2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or client-facing roles** handling customer inquiries and service requests.
- Minimum **2 years of experience converting inbound inquiries or leads into scheduled appointments, sales, or service bookings.**
- At least **2 years of experience providing quotes or pricing estimates for services or products** based on customer needs.
- Minimum **2 years of experience recommending additional services or upselling products** during customer interactions.
- At least **2 years of experience conducting post-service follow-ups, satisfaction checks, or customer retention activities.**
Benefits
- Starting salary of **$1,250 USD per month during the first 3 months**.
- After successful completion of the initial **3-month training and onboarding period**, the salary increases to **$1,500 USD per month**.
