About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for drivers via real-time chat and support channels
- Provide professional, timely, and clear assistance
- Help drivers resolve operational issues during active deliveries
- Troubleshoot issues in real time
- Escalate complex issues quickly when necessary
- Ensure drivers remain confident and supported
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and incidents
- Log notes and updates to ensure operational continuity
- Work closely with internal operations teams
- Support a collaborative environment during peak demand periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics support, or operations environments
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in remote teams
- Flexible availability due to rotating schedules
- Experience supporting drivers, field teams, or gig/on-demand operations (Preferred)
