About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for drivers via real-time chat and support channels
  • Provide professional, timely, and clear assistance
  • Help drivers resolve operational issues during active deliveries
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics support, or operations environments
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in remote teams
  • Flexible availability due to rotating schedules
  • Experience supporting drivers, field teams, or gig/on-demand operations (Preferred)
