• Improving messaging, positioning, and narrative clarity across the business
• Reviewing and polishing important documents, emails, and customer-facing assets
• Supporting partnerships: outreach, coordination, follow-ups, and deal flow
• Joining client and partner calls where strong communication matters
• Supporting sales efforts with copy, decks, follow-ups, and materials
• Owning internal initiatives end-to-end (research, execution, and delivery)
• Acting as a force multiplier for the founder and the team

Video Editor

• Edit long-form recorded footage into tight, high-retention videos
• Improve pacing, structure, and clarity while preserving the speaker’s natural delivery
• Create and integrate motion graphics (lower thirds, callouts, simple explainer sequences, UI highlights, transitions)
• Add B-roll, overlays, and on-screen text where it improves understanding
• Handle audio cleanup, leveling, and general sound polish
• Produce rough cuts and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Deliver final exports optimized for YouTube and other channels
• Maintain a consistent style and quality bar across multiple brands and projects
• Improve our workflow over time (templates, presets, reusable motion systems)
