Controller

• Lead the creation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee fractional bookkeeping staff. Develop and manage company-wide budgets and forecasts, working closely with the Fractional CFO.
• Maintain cash flow reporting, including forecasting and optimizing cash reserves to ensure the business has the liquidity necessary to operate efficiently.
• Lead the process of vendor onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation and contracts are in place. Team with department heads and the COO to negotiate favorable terms with vendors to help control costs and optimize service delivery.
• Coordinate with operations in the invoicing processes, ensuring that clients are billed correctly and promptly.
• Support and coordinate with the operations team for the cash collections process. Develop strategies to reduce overdue receivables.
• Supervise accounts payable to ensure timely payments to vendors, as well as oversee payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Administer employee benefits and retirement plans, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and overseeing enrollments and changes.
• Assist with the renewal process for company insurance policies.
• Manage compliance with sales tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including nexus determination, taxability analysis, and proper application of sales tax rules for applicable jurisdictions and revenue models.
• Provide support for tax reporting and compliance, working with external tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate filing of all necessary documents.
• Handle incoming mail and payments, including processing checks, bank deposits, and other financial documents.
• Support the tracking of key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Lead or assist with various ad hoc financial and operational projects as needed. This could include special reports, process and internal control improvements, audits, or system upgrades.

Content Manager

• Create and manage content for email marketing, organic social (Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), blogs, case studies, advertising, paid sponsorships, text marketing, direct mail, and more.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including research, campaign creation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and campaign goals.
• Develop compelling sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, product comparisons, and client-facing resources that effectively position Scale to Win products.
• Partner with sales to align on lead qualification criteria, optimize automated nurture campaigns, and identify new sponsorship opportunities.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars, and small sponsorship events, managing logistics, vendor communication, swag ordering, and budget tracking.
• Partner with designers, contractors, and brand stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across all event and partner materials.
• Support initiatives that raise brand awareness and generate leads through community and partner engagement.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing and event performance, providing insights that inform strategy and optimize future campaigns.
• Use data and analytics to assess ROI, improve content effectiveness, and guide decision-making across the marketing function.

Marketing Manager

Operations

• Design, implement, and continuously improve centralized internal hiring processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all teams.
• Serve as the primary operational partner to hiring managers once a role is approved, supporting planning and execution of equitable and compliant hiring processes while ensuring managers retain ownership of final candidate selection.
• Manage operational aspects of recruitment and hiring, including drafting and posting job descriptions, coordinating schedules, facilitating communication with candidates, and maintaining timely follow-up.
• Oversee and optimize the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain standardized hiring tools, such as playbooks, interview guides, scorecards, and rubrics, to promote a consistent and equitable candidate experience.
• Train and coach hiring managers and interview panels on the use of standardized tools, equitable interviewing practices, and candidate experience best practices.
• Regularly evaluate and refine the candidate experience, ensuring fairness, transparency, and clear communication throughout the process.
• Own end-to-end onboarding logistics, including collection of required documentation, system setup, and execution of new hire checklists.
• Conduct onboarding orientations and partner with managers to create structured onboarding plans that integrate role-specific training and cultural orientation.
• Manage offboarding logistics, including documentation, communication, and system deprovisioning, with attention to compliance and employee experience.
• Track and analyze key talent metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate experience feedback, and employee engagement/retention trends, and compile reporting to inform leadership decision-making.
• Support the Director of People Operations in embedding DEIJ principles into every stage of the hiring process.
• Reports to the Director of People Operations.
