About the role
- Manage the entire recruiting process – from needs analysis and job posting through to hiring
- Identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels (Active Sourcing, job boards, networks)
- Conduct interviews, assess qualifications and perform pre-selections together with hiring teams
- Guide candidates through the entire application process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Advise hiring managers on recruiting-related matters and develop sourcing strategies
- Build talent pools and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Analyze recruiting metrics and derive measures to optimize processes
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and the ongoing development of the recruiting strategy
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, business units, marketing)
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or active sourcing
- Good instinct for people and qualifications as well as cultural fit
- Confident and professional communication skills – fluent in German and ideally English
- Structured, independent working style and ability to oversee multiple processes
- Proactive, solution-oriented and enjoyment in identifying talent
- Proficient with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems and professional networks
- Interest in modern recruiting methods and trends
- Team player, reliable and committed to high quality standards
