Marketing

• Campaign strategy & setup according to funnel logic: goals, budgets, naming conventions, audiences, placements.
• Tracking & data setup: Conversions API / Pixels, GA4 + GTM, UTM parameters.
• KPI management across both platforms: CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPL/CPA, ROAS.
• Testing & proactive collaboration on creative iterations.
• Client onboarding and close collaboration with internal teams.
• Quality assurance: pre-flight QA, daily monitoring, weekly reviews.

Senior Media Buyer – prospective Team Lead

• Campaign setup & ongoing management according to funnel logic (TOFU/BOFU): objectives, budgets, naming conventions, audiences, placements.
• Tracking according to SOP: independently set up GA4, GTM, Pixels/Conversions API, and UTM parameters.
• KPI monitoring & initial optimizations on Meta & Google: monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPL/CPA and make first optimization steps.
• Testing & creatives: set up tests (A/B tests, ad-level variants) based on clear hypotheses.
• Support onboarding: check access rights, work through checklists, and perform tracking tests.
• Day-to-day quality assurance: pre-flight QA according to checklist.

Junior Media Buyer – Meta, Google

• Campaign strategy and setup following funnel logic (TOFU/BOFU): objectives (lead generation + brand building), budgets, naming conventions, audiences (broad/interests/lookalikes/remarketing), placements.
• Assist with setup of Conversions API/Pixels, GA4 + GTM, and UTM parameters.
• KPI management on Meta & Google: CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPL/CPA, ROAS.
• Formulate hypotheses, plan tests, analyze results, and feed learnings back into campaigns.
• Prepare access provisioning, expectation management, ramp-up, and the test roadmap.
• Quality assurance in day-to-day operations: pre-flight QA, daily monitoring, weekly reviews.

Media Buyer – Meta, Google

Designer

• Assist in the conception, design, and implementation of modern websites and landing pages — primarily using Webflow
• Optimize existing pages through A/B testing, focusing on UX/UI and conversion rate optimization
• Create graphics, designs, and animations for websites, social media, and digital advertising assets
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the corporate design, including maintenance of the style guide and quality assurance of design standards
• Actively monitor design and web trends to continuously improve visual communication
• Work closely with the marketing, creative, and development teams in an agile work environment

Working Student – Web and Graphic Design, Focus on Webflow & Figma

• Konzeption, Design und Umsetzung von modernen, nutzerfreundlichen Webseiten und Landingpages (primär in Webflow)
• Optimierung bestehender Seiten inkl. A/B-Testing mit Fokus auf UX/UI und Conversion-Rate-Optimierung
• Erstellung von Grafiken, Designs und Animationen für Webseiten, Werbeanzeigen und Social Media
• Entwicklung und Pflege des Corporate Designs inkl. Styleguide sowie Überprüfung der Einhaltung
• Beobachtung aktueller Design- und Webtrends und aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer visuellen Kommunikation
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing-, Kreativ- und Entwicklungsteams in einem agilen Umfeld

Web- und Grafikdesigner:in – Schwerpunkt Webflow und Figma

Events

• Du betreust unsere Aussteller, Partner und Speaker persönlich und zuverlässig – von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbereitung des Events.
• Du führst freundliche und professionelle Telefonate mit Bestandskunden und unterstützt dabei auch beim Ticketverkauf.
• Du kümmerst dich um die Kommunikation per E-Mail und stellst sicher, dass keine Anfrage unbeantwortet bleibt.
• Du erstellst Zusammenfassungen und wöchentliche Auswertungen, die unserem Team den Überblick erleichtern.
• Du unterstützt bei organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten und übernimmst eigenständig Recherchen, z. B. zu Hotels, Restaurants oder Preisvergleichen.
• Du hast außerdem die Chance, spannende Einblicke in Bereiche wie E-Mail-Marketing und Social Media Content zu bekommen.
