Corporate Paralegal – Transactional

• Support Scale’s corporate clients maintaining and organizing company records.
• Work with Scale's attorneys to deliver support across multiple companies in corporate legal work.
• Handle entity initial company formation and corporate governance.
• Manage debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and equity administration.
• Address public company reporting and corporate governance and compliance issues.
