About the role
- Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Provide business consulting, including defining target customers, refining positioning, evaluating pricing, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Create and deliver strategy documents, market research, ad copy, email campaigns, and brand guidelines.
- Execute marketing initiatives directly as part of a hands-on delivery model.
- Manage and support advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve results and return on investment.
- Provide hands-on support with CRM systems, tool setup, and workflow troubleshooting.
- Help clients adopt and use marketing and operational tools effectively.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, writing, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a client-facing marketing, consulting, or strategy role.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and working directly with clients.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign management.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or advanced workflows.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce substantial content independently.
- Curious, tech-savvy, and proactive in learning new tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
