About the role

  • Operate the Search Atlas platform to fulfill defined SEO packages.
  • Perform monthly optimizations, keyword tracking, and basic technical checks for assigned clients.
  • Maintain organized records of client preferences, unique needs, and historical information.
  • Serve as the central point of knowledge for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage a personal production calendar within ClickUp.
  • Complete monthly deliverables, including content updates, SEO tasks, and reporting, on time.
  • Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console to extract data and identify trends.
  • Create clear monthly performance summaries for stakeholders.
  • Assist with lifecycle campaign logistics, including data entry, basic performance checks, and light email marketing support.
  • Collaborate with the Senior SEO Strategist to troubleshoot technical challenges and support higher-level strategy execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or account coordination.
  • Direct experience with Search Atlas, HubSpot, and ClickUp.
  • Working knowledge of Local and Organic SEO fundamentals, including keywords, metadata, and rankings.
  • Experience in the beauty, salon, or wellness industry is a plus.
