About the role

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain websites (front-end and back-end as required)
Manage hosting environments, domains, DNS, SSL, backups, and performance optimization
Build, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, retargeting)
Implement on-page and technical SEO (site structure, metadata, page speed, indexing)
Monitor analytics and performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads reporting)
Create and edit web and marketing graphics as needed
Manage and optimize social media platforms with a focus on growth and engagement

Strong experience with website development and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Experience managing Google Ads accounts and budgets
Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
Familiarity with performance optimization, security, and website maintenance
Graphic design experience using tools such as Adobe, Canva, or similar
Experience with technical SEO audits and remediation
Familiarity with hosting providers, cPanel, or cloud environments
Understanding of conversion tracking, tag management, and analytics
Social media management experience across multiple platforms
Excellent English communication skills, especially spoken
Highly technical, self-directed, and detail-oriented
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
Able to balance development work with ongoing marketing execution
