Bookkeeper

• Manage bank feeds, synchronize, review, categorize, and reconcile transactions.
• Enter, update, and maintain the general ledger in compliance with GAAP.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.
• Process bills, categorize expenses, and ensure purchase orders are matched from ConnectWise PSA.
• Review, process, and send invoices through ConnectWise Manage PSA.
• Oversee the Accounting Board in ConnectWise Manage PSA.
• Enter and reconcile payroll transaction data into QuickBooks.
• File state sales tax and California e-waste tax returns.
• Manage month-end close processes, including prepaids, COGS, depreciation, fixed assets, and other adjustments.

• Optimize workflow and company efficiency as a Bookkeeper
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, and reporting
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests by phone or email
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ConnectWise

IT Support

• Assist with setup, configuration, and migration of client workloads to Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot help desk tickets related to SharePoint, Office 365, Azure, Hyper-V, and clustered server environments.
• Resolve issues remotely using screen sharing and remote access tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Document all work performed in the ticketing system and ensure it is consistently updated.
• Monitor and manage server performance, applying corrective measures as needed.
