About the role
- Manage and support all human resources functions across the organization
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Maintain employee records and foster positive employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and contribute to employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO, MSP, or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and the ability to handle sensitive situations
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
