About the role

  • Manage and support all human resources functions across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO, MSP, or corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and the ability to handle sensitive situations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
