About the role Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects; Update project schedules, status reports, and progress indicators; Conduct follow-ups with stakeholders (clients, developers, technical leads, and squad leads); Manage risks, issues, and deliverables, reporting deviations to the Project Manager; Assist in standardizing PMO templates, checklists, and processes; Record and maintain up-to-date information in project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar); Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields; Previous experience in technology project management or PMO; Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK); Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and clear communication; Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders; Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Sheets, ClickUp, Jira, Trello; Power BI is a plus.
