About the role
- Plan, execute and monitor software projects and custom technological solutions;
- Ensure scope, schedule, cost and quality of deliverables, aligned with SBM's objectives;
- Conduct kick-off, follow-up and closing meetings with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Lead multidisciplinary squads (development, UX/UI, QA, integrations and support);
- Manage risks, scope changes and timelines, maintaining predictability;
- Prepare and keep status reports and performance indicators (KPIs) up to date;
- Work in partnership with the PMO to standardize processes and management templates;
- Promote continuous improvement in planning, control and communication practices;
- Support the development and training of Project Analysts under your supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Project Management or related fields;
- Solid experience as a Software Project Manager or technical lead;
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methods (PMBOK);
- Experience with management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Monday, or similar);
- Clear communication skills, strong interpersonal relationships and business acumen;
- Ability to work across multiple simultaneous projects and in dynamic contexts.
