About the role
- Define and execute a product-first, full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with business and product goals
- Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for a web-based EdTech product
- Drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and LTV growth
- Establish clear KPIs and OKRs across the marketing funnel and ensure consistent execution
- Own demand generation across paid, organic, content, partnerships, and lifecycle channels
- Build data-driven processes for ROI tracking, funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and experimentation
- Lead growth experiments, A/B testing frameworks, and rapid iteration loops
- Partner with Analytics to define attribution, segmentation, and reporting standards
- Build, scale, and manage the marketing organization from scratch
- Hire and mentor senior leaders and specialists across marketing disciplines
- Partner with Product on go-to-market strategy, feature launches, pricing, and user insights
- Own brand strategy, storytelling, and tone of voice across all channels
Requirements
- 5+ years in senior marketing leadership roles (CMO, Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, Growth Lead)
- Proven experience in product-led growth, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or web-based platforms
- Strong track record of building and scaling marketing teams from scratch
- Deep expertise in full-funnel marketing: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in modern marketing analytics and experimentation
- Strong understanding of digital growth ecosystems, performance channels, and lifecycle marketing
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution in fast-scaling environments
- English level of B2 or higher
