• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions, policies, and processes
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for open positions in the US, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding/exits
• Support performance management cycles, including OKRs/KPIs, quarterly reviews, and PIP documentation
• Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal documentation
• Administer benefits, leave, and compliance-related processes
• Support employee relations matters, addressing workplace concerns, escalating when needed, and maintaining documentation
• Assist with organizational initiatives such as team restructuring, internal mobility, and engagement programs
• Maintain accurate HR data and generate headcount, turnover, and HR metric reports for leadership
• Optimize and streamline HR processes and workflows using HRIS, ATS, and internal tools
• Help foster company culture through engagement, recognition, and internal communication initiatives
