Position: Associate General Counsel — provide strategic business and legal support on commercial contracting, corporate governance, M&A, privacy, employment, and various other matters.
Responsibilities: Draft, negotiate and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements; Partner with HR, Finance, IT and Tech/Product leaders; Assist in strategic transactions, including M&A and corporate finance transactions; Support General Counsel in preparing Board materials; Develop and maintain processes for efficient work; Assist in corporate formations and global entity management; Advise senior leadership on pragmatic ways to mitigate risk; Monitor legal and business developments; Assist on other legal matters as necessary.
