About the role
- Help develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Sawtooth Software's growth objectives and market positioning goals.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are strategically aligned and deliver measurable results.
- Help define and refine the company’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints and enhancing Sawtooth’s market presence.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences, to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Marketing experience (3+ years preferred) with a strong background in campaign management, content marketing, and event planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong marketing copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content for websites, campaigns, emails, and other marketing materials that engage target audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, high energy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
