About the role
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Partner with SavvyMoney’s Strategic Partner team to target top prospects and execute effective engagement strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and prospect needs.
- Deliver compelling, personalized demonstrations of SavvyMoney’s platform.
- Engage prospects to understand their specific pain points and needs.
- Position SavvyMoney's solutions as the best fit to address their challenges and achieve their goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking all interactions and opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Leverage Salesforce data to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies.
- Regularly report pipeline health and KPIs to sales leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in selling account opening solutions and related digital banking products.
- Working knowledge of core banking systems and how they integrate with front-end digital experiences.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
