About the role
- Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of financial institution partners, serving as their primary contact and trusted advisor.
- Deeply understand each partner’s goals to drive adoption, satisfaction, and measurable program success.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing partnerships, introducing new features and initiatives that strengthen engagement and deliver added value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, product, technology, and marketing teams to ensure partners receive timely updates, resources, and enhancements that support their growth.
- Develop and execute partner communication strategies that highlight SavvyMoney’s value, showcase ROI, and promote new capabilities aligned with each partner’s objectives.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to design and launch co-branded campaigns and collateral that drive awareness, adoption, and measurable results.
- Represent SavvyMoney at industry events and partner engagements, fostering relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and amplifying brand visibility.
- Leverage analytics and partner performance data to guide strategic decisions, inform success plans, and ensure ongoing partner and portfolio growth.
- Champion process improvements that streamline operations and enhance the overall partner experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or relationship management role, ideally within financial services
- A passion for building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse styles and personalities
- Strong analytical, listening, communication, and presentation skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with a track record of meeting individual and team goals
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
