About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Data), from intake to offer.
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role requirements and build clear, compelling candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience that reflects Savvy’s culture and values at every stage.
  • Build and document scalable recruiting workflows, tools, and templates to drive speed and consistency.
  • Act as a talent advisor to technical leadership and influencing hiring decisions with market insights and data.
  • Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools and workflows to improve pipeline generation, candidate research, and outreach personalization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles (software engineering, product, design, or data).
  • Strong sourcing abilities - creatively attract passive candidates in competitive tech markets.
  • Proven ability to close engineering candidates in a competitive market.
  • Experience partnering closely with technical leaders and executives to define and execute hiring strategies.
  • A track record of hiring in high-growth startup environments, balancing speed with quality.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Pin, or AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting tools (Juicebox, Claude workflows, sourcing automation tools, etc).
