Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Sales Ops/Revenue Ops/Deal Desk/Finance Ops with ownership of comp calculations and pricing.
  • Obsessive about accuracy: build complex models with checks, audits, and back-tests.
  • Highly organized: manage competing deadlines, track requests, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Very analytical: advanced spreadsheets (array formulas, index/match/xlookup, error handling), comfort with SQL; use AI to speed up modeling, QA, and documentation.

  • Communicate clearly with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Comfortable navigating a Deal Desk and balancing the needs of the business with what it takes to get the deal done.
  • Take pride in building tools sellers actually use (clear UX, scenario support, plain-English explanations).
