About the role

  • Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls (80–100 calls per day) to prospective international students
  • Manage a roster of students, moving them efficiently through the admissions funnel via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Proactively follow up with students to ensure applications are completed, documents are submitted, and offers are accepted
  • Simplify the complex university application process for students
  • Track daily activity and conversion metrics to ensure weekly and monthly placement goals are met

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or high-volume business development role
  • Experience in educational consulting, international student recruitment, or university admissions (preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and persistent follow-up
  • Proficient with CRM tools, dialing software, and messaging platforms
