About the role
- Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls (80–100 calls per day) to prospective international students
- Manage a roster of students, moving them efficiently through the admissions funnel via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone
- Proactively follow up with students to ensure applications are completed, documents are submitted, and offers are accepted
- Simplify the complex university application process for students
- Track daily activity and conversion metrics to ensure weekly and monthly placement goals are met
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or high-volume business development role
- Experience in educational consulting, international student recruitment, or university admissions (preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and persistent follow-up
- Proficient with CRM tools, dialing software, and messaging platforms
