About the role

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling email correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
  • Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned, providing relevant information to decision making.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer complaints, identify underlying issues, and recommend effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and offer price quotes to clients’ customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and service offerings.

Requirements

  • A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable.
  • Preferably in Accounting & Finance/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Public Relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for sales.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
