Own the long-term vision for the accounting tech stack
Serve as the functional lead for NetSuite, managing complex configurations, saved searches, custom records, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
Execute high-priority projects including the automation of intercompany eliminations, SaaS metric reporting, and integration with upstream systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Establish rigorous system controls and documentation to ensure strong control environment and seamless audit trails

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Systems, or FinTech operations
Extensive hands-on experience (admin-level preferred) with NetSuite, specifically within a SaaS environment (recurring billing, ARM, multi-book)
Deep understanding of SaaS-specific accounting challenges, including ASC 606 revenue recognition and subscription lifecycle management
Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations or system-wide automation projects from discovery to "go-live"
Comfort with integrations (e.g., Celigo), SQL, or SuiteScript is a significant plus, though the focus is on functional management
