About the role
- Identify and generate sales opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Develop a deep understanding of each stage in the lead generation process.
- Independently qualify leads using BANT or CHAMP and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Manage and optimize your own book of business and pipeline.
- Handle complex lead generation calls across diverse technology domains.
- Cultivate lasting partnerships and build strong executive-level relationships with customers and partners.
- Act as a proactive resource to help agencies build creative, customized, and complete solutions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology.
- Swedish and English language skills.
- Any other Nordics languages (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) are strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic presence that translates into compelling conversations and strong client relationships.
- Ability to effectively break down complex technical information into clear, persuasive talking points for various audiences (including executives).
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals, particularly in prospecting into large enterprise accounts.
- Strong lead qualification abilities (BANT) or (CHAMP) and experience moving leads efficiently through the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated success in managing your own book of business and pipeline, ensuring optimal lead and prospect qualification.
- Experience working with digital and marketing initiatives to research potential clients.
- Proficiency with CRM applications.
- A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
