About the role

  • Identify and generate sales opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each stage in the lead generation process.
  • Independently qualify leads using BANT or CHAMP and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Manage and optimize your own book of business and pipeline.
  • Handle complex lead generation calls across diverse technology domains.
  • Cultivate lasting partnerships and build strong executive-level relationships with customers and partners.
  • Act as a proactive resource to help agencies build creative, customized, and complete solutions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology.
  • Swedish and English language skills.
  • Any other Nordics languages (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) are strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic presence that translates into compelling conversations and strong client relationships.
  • Ability to effectively break down complex technical information into clear, persuasive talking points for various audiences (including executives).
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals, particularly in prospecting into large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong lead qualification abilities (BANT) or (CHAMP) and experience moving leads efficiently through the sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success in managing your own book of business and pipeline, ensuring optimal lead and prospect qualification.
  • Experience working with digital and marketing initiatives to research potential clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM applications.
  • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
