About the role
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic solution providers in the region.
- Build partner-sourced pipeline and meet annual revenue goals, focusing on top-tier partners.
- Design and execute lead-generation programs with partners.
- Track sales activities and partner engagement in Salesforce.com.
- Collaborate with partner marketing and enablement teams to drive go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop a network of certified partner implementation specialists.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in regional sales activities and partner events to generate pipeline.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of partner management experience in enterprise software.
- Ability to evaluate existing partner networks and establish new relationships.
- Experience in partnering with solution providers, consultants, and global systems integrators.
- Proven success in pipeline generation and quota attainment in strategic and enterprise segments.
- Strong collaboration skills across teams.
- Cybersecurity and identity experience preferred.
- Must reside in or near a major market within the Great Lakes or Ohio Valley territories.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
