About the role
- Lead the end-to-end hiring cycle: requisition intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Leverage advanced sourcing methods to build robust pipelines.
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, culture fit, and organizational alignment.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular touchpoints, market updates, and advisory support.
- Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
- Champion an exceptional candidate journey from application through onboarding.
- Conduct background checks to ensure compliance and hiring integrity.
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years in talent acquisition or recruitment (corporate and/or technical roles preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Adept at sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate assessment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics.
