About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end hiring cycle: requisition intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing methods to build robust pipelines.
  • Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, culture fit, and organizational alignment.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular touchpoints, market updates, and advisory support.
  • Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate journey from application through onboarding.
  • Conduct background checks to ensure compliance and hiring integrity.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years in talent acquisition or recruitment (corporate and/or technical roles preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Adept at sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate assessment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics.
