About the role

  • Contribute to the Success of the Overall Team Strategy (40%)
  • Collaborate across all areas of Save the Children, serving as an advisor and partner where corporate partnerships have broader impact or implications for the agency.
  • Monitor corporate trends, including ESG and CSR, to inform strategy and guide the development of new opportunities.
  • Execute a strategic development plan to build new corporate partnerships aligned with agency-led campaigns and initiatives.
  • Interface with partners’ marketing, social impact, and executive teams throughout the pitch process, creative development, and execution to ensure best-in-class integration, delivery, and alignment with partner goals and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success in fundraising, sales, marketing or promotions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and gain the respect of various constituencies including senior corporate executives and decision makers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of brand and cause marketing as well as business development.
  • Proven track record as an effective communicator and negotiator.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and work well in a team and with those from other countries and cultures.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
