Account Manager

• Own the full Amazon business across our smart‑home portfolio and GE‑branded lighting lines.
• Accelerate growth and ensure our products lead the category in visibility, conversion, and customer experience.
• Lead the Amazon business with full P&L responsibility.
• Build annual and quarterly business plans aligned with GE Lighting’s innovation roadmap.
• Develop strong relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers, Amazon Ads POC and agency partners.
• Deliver revenue, margin, and contribution goals through disciplined pricing and promotional planning.
• Manage operational health including chargebacks, shortages, OTIF, fill rate, and inventory forecasting.
• Ensure best‑in‑class product detail pages by working cross-functionally with Marketing and Creative teams.
• Build and manage Amazon Advertising strategies to drive efficient growth.
• Use Amazon Retail Analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across categories.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support new product introductions.
