Oversee the management and maintenance of critical enterprise applications including General Ledger and Timekeeping, Procurement application, Enterprise Asset Management System, and SharePoint.
Collaborate closely with department heads to identify areas for application enhancements to drive significant efficiencies.
Conduct career development planning and performance assessments for the department staff.
Establish and maintain program elements to ensure the qualification and technical expertise of team members.
Provide regular status updates to upper management, communicating key performance metrics and project statuses.
Oversee the development and maintenance of cyber security measures within the enterprise systems environment.
Pilot new technologies and process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of enterprise systems.
Coordinate group activities with vendors and external support organizations.

Requirements

BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent related field and progressive professional experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills, showcasing the ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team effectively to achieve organizational goals.
Experience working in a federally regulated environment.
Knowledge in key business domains such as Accounting, Procurement, Project Controls, and Human Resources.
Experience implementing and maintaining enterprise applications
Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Maximo, and cloud-based SharePoint
Experience developing applications using object-oriented languages
Experience with SQL
