About the role

  • **What Your Day Might Look Like:**
  • - Lead technical pre-sales engagements across Data Science, GenAI, and Data Estate transformation initiatives.
  • - Conduct discovery workshops to uncover business objectives, technical constraints, risks, and success criteria.
  • - Contribute in designing scalable, secure, and production-ready end-to-end Data & AI architectures, from ingestion and transformation to deployment and governance.
  • - Contribute in architecting GenAI solutions (RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, evaluation mechanisms, guardrails).
  • - Contribute in defining enterprise data platform architectures (data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, analytics layers).
  • - Translate business challenges into clear technical proposals, solution diagrams, SoWs, and effort estimations.
  • - Support RFP/RFI responses with clarity, structure, and technical depth.
  • - Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure proposed architectures are realistic, scalable, and implementable.
  • - Contribute to reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and internal best practices.
  • - Act as the trusted technical advisor to executive and technical stakeholders alike.

Requirements

  • **Your Superpowers🚀:**
  • - 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles within Data, AI, or Cloud.
  • - Strong understanding of Data Science workflows and GenAI architectures (RAG, agents, LLM orchestration).
  • - Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
  • - Experience designing end-to-end Data & AI platforms (ingestion, transformation, storage, modeling, deployment, governance).
  • - Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) including data services and AI tooling.
  • - Strong knowledge of modern data stacks (data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses).
  • - Solid understanding of MLOps / LLMOps and production AI system requirements.
  • - Ability to create high-quality technical documentation and executive-ready presentations.
  • - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • **Bonus Points for: **
  • - Experience working with enterprise AI vendors (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
  • - Exposure to regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector).
  • - Experience working on EU-funded innovation or digital transformation projects (such as Horizon Europe, Digital Europe Programme etc).
  • - Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • - Experience building AI business cases and ROI models.
  • - Background in consulting or system integration environments.
  • - Cloud or Data/AI certifications.
