About the role

  • Generate sales-qualified leads by conducting high-energy outbound activities through cold calling, emails, and strategic physical meetings with key customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities by engaging with Corporate Employers' main stakeholders to introduce Satispay as a leading welfare solution.
  • Fuel the sales pipeline by building a robust pipeline of mid and large enterprise prospects to support the Senior Business Development team.
  • Master sales tools by effectively utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and outbound tools such as Sales Navigator to track and manage activities.
  • Collaborate on growth strategies by working closely with the team to exceed lead generation targets and scale the corporate business line.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in outbound sales
  • Strong commercial attitude and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and outbound tools
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Eligibility under employment protection laws (L.68/99)
